Umm Al-Qura Cement Company is a Saudi Joint Stock Company registered in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. 1010382514, dated July 7, 2013. According to the sub-commercial register “Umm Al-Qura Cement Company Factory” issued No. 4032044432 dated 2 Rajab 1435 H corresponding to 2 May 2014. The company is engaged in the production of black cement (Portland cement) and white cement under the initial industrial license No. 1549 on 5 Rajab 1435 H corresponding to 5 May 2015 in addition to general contracting for buildings, installation work, construction of mechanical and electrical works, management and operation of Portland cement and white cement factories Wholesale and retail in the company’s products and construction materials. The authorized and issued capital of the Company is SAR 550,000,000 million divided into 55 million shares with a par value of SAR 10 each. During the year 2014, 50% of the shares were offered for public subscription.
