The Marketing and Sales Department of Umm Al-Qura Cement Company plans, organizes and follows up the activities and operations of marketing and sales. The department adopts the creation and development of a distinctive and long-term relationship with customers by providing many high-quality products and distinguished services to achieve the highest levels of satisfaction.

Umm Al-Qura Cement Company, through the Marketing and Sales Department, seeks to achieve customer satisfaction requirements through several axes and procedures:

• Monitor and follow clients’ needs and desires and interact with them through continuous communication from the sales team.
• Activate the program of receiving and managing complaints and suggestions of customers according to precise procedures that achieve for the customers and the company, ensuring the appropriate interaction with them and solving them in the appropriate form and time.
• Activating technical support services at customer and project sites through a specialized technical work team from the company’s quality management.
• Continue to develop and improve products through the company’s specialized laboratories and laboratories to suit the desires and needs of customers and markets.
